Our Policy
Every user of this site must agree to the terms of use.

Our policy is to delete your content at the end of our contract.
If you store personal items/messages you do not wish anyone to see, address those messages to yourself.  

You are billed annually for a reason. If you do not renew your account it will be frozen, at which time we will try to contact you using your email. Please reply to our email or we will delete your content.
  
Concerning how we know when to deliver your messages.
You will be asked to assigned a minimum of three administrators; you may pick a maximum of six. It is the administrators' responsibility to inform us when you have passed away. Besides family members and/or trusted friends, we suggest that you include an attorney or a clergyman  as an administrator. We will  send them and e-mail  to verify they agree to be administrators. Each will receive a password and a unique key code to assist you.  Whenever any administrator  enters their key code, the other administrators receive an alert.  Once all key codes are entered we will  verify your status  before delivering messages. Should access have been requested in error, the member/you need to reset your account, by contacting customer service .

We cannot access to your messages and content.
Every member receives a dashboard, with a "Profile Information" page, is the only area of your e-vault we can see. Providing accurate information there is meant for your benefit. It helps our customer service and verification department. Please fill it out accurately. See Security.

Though you can use RTI as an informational tool to upload digital copies of your Will and Trusts, any such documents are not considered legal when retrieved from the site. Consult an attorney for matters involving your estate.

You are responsible for all copyrights. RTI assumes that fees or charges for all copyrighted material such music, videos and other content uploaded to RTI have been paid for by the member, and accepts no responsibility for their use in your vault.

After the passing of a member, ownership of all content provided by said member will pass to RTI as acting bailee of the member. This policy prevents others from accessing messages or content not intended for them.  
example: a surviving wife would not be able to see messages left solely for an old girlfriend, or an ex-husband would not be allowed to see messages left solely for a surviving husband. Administrators will be granted access to messages only as far as you indicate they are allowed. A court order would be required to release access to your member area beyond your instructions.

All e-mail messages sent from RTI,  to the e-mail address you provided, after your passing.  E-mails will be sent with YOUR NAME AS IT APPEARS IN YOUR PROFILE in the subject line. If you go by. A nickname or other names please include it in your profile page.

SAG member Death Benefits.  and active military, law enforcement, homeland security or first responder death benefits.  If you qualify for these programs, inform us by sending a message from your account. Address it to verification@regrettoinform.com for delivery to RTI upon your passing. Include contact information where we can verify your qualifications.

After notification of your passing, and messages are waiting to be viewed. We will store your contents, at free for 6 months, for viewing by your assigned recipients before deleting everything.

RTI reserves the right to delete any content for its own site protection, not limited to virus protection, site security and protection from criminal activity.

When a message is delivered to multiple recipients and we are requested to remove any portion or the entire message it is at our discretion.

All RTI charitable donations generated from your membership will be based on the last 12 months of your membership.

You and each e-mail Recipient of a message, will be asked to read and agree to RTI’s Terms of Use.  If a recipient does not agree, we them to view the message. This is for our protection because we do not what you might say or send. Our terms of use, state that we are a delivery service and not responsible for the content we deliver. This is a three party contract when one party is deceased. We only want to protect our business and your privacy.
